課程概述	Examination of the basic dendritic cell biology and its applications in medicine and biotechnology by studying updated papers. These contents will lay the foundation for dendritic cell biology, immune regulation of dendritic cell, interaction of dendritic cell with other immune cells, and the application of dendritic cell in many fields.
課程目標	The primary goals are on the conceptual understanding of immune regulation of dendritic cell and of its medical and agricultural applications. I hope to increase the knowledge in advanced biotechnology for students from the basic principles and applications of dendritic cell. These understandings will become part of the major foundation to further advanced medical research and biotechnology development.
課程要求	Final Report: 70% Class Participation: 30%
